OLYMPIA is a complex comprising four contemporary buildings, strategically located in Ravda, right on the shores of the Black Sea. Buildings 1 and 2 are connected at ground level, creating the lobby. The architectural design incorporates windows, inviting panoramic sea views from every angle, unobstructed by any barriers. The facade's vibrant, saturated colors enhance the visual connection with the surrounding landscape, allowing the shimmering reflections of the sea to play a central role in the overall aesthetic of the complex. Between four buildings is located the pool giving visual contact with the endless blue view.
